club meeting & picnic from 12:30 to 5:00 pm (South Bend time/
Eastern Daylight time). It is open to MGMS members and ther immediate
families. There will be short club meeting to discuss our upcoming show. Unlike past years, the picnic will be held at in the same place as our monthly meetings - Our Redeemer Fellowship Hall. The club will provide chicken and table service. Please bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Please RVSP TBD by Sunday July 14th via going button on FB, phone or Text TBD or Email TBD so we know how many to expect and how much food to order. Note: the picnic starts at 12:30 pm EDT, we'll eat between 1:00 and 1:30 pm |

meeting, election of MGMS officers for 2026 and lunch. The Christmas Party is potluck. Everyone please bring a side dish or dessert to be shared with everyone. The club will supply Martin's chicken, plates, utensils, and paper products.. The meal will be followed with a cigar box gift exchange much like last year. Open to all MGMS members and their families. If

to let her know how many adults and children will attend.
Jan needs to know so she can order sufficient food
and enough tables and chairs are set up for everyone.
