families. There will be short club meeting to discuss our upcoming show. The club will provide chicken and table service. Please bring a dish to share and your own drinks. Note: the picnic starts at 12:30 pm EDT, we'll eat between 1:00 and 1:30 pm It is at The Mishawaka Res, SE of Capital Ave. & Lincolnway East (IN-933), Mishawaka, IN Directons from downtown Mishawaka: - head East on Lincolnway E. Christmas Party is potluck. Everyone please bring a side dish or
dessert to be shared with everyone. The club will supply Martin's
chicken, plates, utensils, and paper products.. The meal will be
followed with a cigar box gift exchange much like last year. Open
to all MGMS members and their families. If
you didn't sign up for the lunch at the October meeting or have
any questions, please contact Jan Pellus by email npellus@hotmail.com no later than November 12
to let her know how many adults and children will attend.
Jan needs to know so she can order sufficient food
and enough tables and chairs are set up for everyone.
Also provide your phone number in the email to her . If you contact Jan by email to sign up make sure she replies to you to confirm your attendance.
